Mainland UK

All orders £25 and under have a delivery charge of £4.95 unless the weight of the package is 500g or more, in which case it falls into the next category or if you have requested between 1 and 5 swatches in which case it is £3.95 refundable if you order from us. For 6 to 8 swatches it is £4.95 refundable if you order from us.

All orders over £25 and less than £65 have a delivery charge of £5.95 (before any offer deductions/discounts) unless the weight of the package is 1.2kg or more in which case it falls into the next category

Orders £65 and above or over 2kg in weight are sent by courier and have a delivery charge of £7.95 inc vat

You will only be charged this once however many items in your order unless the weight falls into the category below for larger items.

Larger items/orders weighing between 6-10kg have a delivery charge of £15.25 and 11-20kg have a delivery charge of £18.50

Goods will be despatched on receipt of full payment.

You may choose a different delivery address at checkout - useful if you are out all day, we can deliver to your office or neighbour

Express Delivery

Not all products are available for Express delivery - please read below

You can add Express Delivery to your basket in the checkout process and also when instructed to do so on a product page, where we may say - As this is a Made to Order item you can add express delivery and we will try to expedite your order and give a shorter expected delivery time, usually 4 - 6 working days, rather than 7 - 14 working days (or longer at busy times).

This applies to any Made To Order Items. These include Deckchairs, Directors Chairs, replacement directors chair covers and replacement deckchair slings, some Throws, all Cushions except Seat Pads - please read product information carefully.
Otherwise please allow 7 - 14 working days for UK delivery for these items.

Fast track orders are welcomed - add Express Delivery at checkout. This shows as a surcharge on top of our standard delivery charge. This additional surcharge is dependant on weight for Express Delivery within 24 hours if received by 12pm on Mon-Thurs (Mainland UK addresses only) or more to Highlands and Islands.

Orders for express delivery received over the weekend will be dispatched on Mon for Tues delivery.
Please note our courier services do not guarantee next day delivery to parts of Cornwall, Anglesey, West Wales.

Non Mainland UK, Highlands and Islands Shipping Costs

Unfortunately we are charged more to deliver larger orders to the Scottish Highlands and Islands - so please if your order qualifies for courier delivery in the basket call us on 01244 336387 (Our Office Lines are Open 10am - 4pm Mon-Fri except Bank Holidays) or with your order requirements as there may be additional postage costs - Thank you

The Channel Islands Shipping Costs

Please note that if you order online for delivery to Channel Islands, Guernsey and Jersey, we will refund any VAT charged (if applicable) as we are unable to remove it from the checkout process. We could also get a correct price for shipping for you - the VAT amount paid and delivery charges already paid may cover the additional cost, so we may use that for partial or full refund, but if not we will notify you and send a Paypal Invoice for any additional shipping costs due.

• Orders less than 2kg will be delivered by Royal Mail.
• Orders 2kg and over (deckchairs(7kg), directors chairs(6kg), event stools(2.2kg), luggage racks, some cushions, larger combined orders etc) will be delivered by a suitable courier - prices are subject to change and are approx as follows:
• 2-10kg   = £72.00
• 11-20kg = £90.00
• At checkout you will only be charged courier standard delivery if your order is over 2kg(see Mainland UK prices above), so we may use the VAT and delivery already paid to cover some of the cost and we will send you a Paypal Invoice for any additional shipping costs due.

Northern Ireland & Isle of Man Shipping Costs

We are able to post anywhere worldwide outside the UK and the cost may be quite reasonable - please your requirements for a shipping price to any Non-UK destination, which will be based on volumetric weight, as the price may differ from that shown in the basket.

Please be aware that any goods sent by us to any overseas destination other than the UK will bear the relevant customs labels - however we are not liable for any taxes or duties which may be levied on arrival in your country.

Europe and International orders placed online on our UK site will be charged an International Supplement in addition to our standard delivery charge depending on the value and weight of your order which should cover the cost for orders to most Countries.
However on larger items and orders, such as Deckchairs and Directors Chairs, to some countries, there maybe additional shipping costs due - we will weigh for shipping and give you a quotation - please via email or phone +44 1244 336387 We could then send a Paypal request for you to make a secure payment online.
Your order will be held until payment has been received for the additional shipping. We will notify you of these costs.

If you are unsure of costs of ordering, please email us before purchasing and we will quote for any shipping charges to your address - and please note that we are not liable for any duties or customs charges on arrival in your country or territory.

Please note if you place your order via our UK site www.thestripescompany.com whilst abroad for delivery to the UK you may still be charged the international supplement in addition to our standard delivery charge - If this is the case you can use the REMOVE INTERNATIONAL SURCHARGE button.
